How quickly can you install my service?

Our normal turnaround is 7-10 working days; this however is flexible as we are often in most large cities at least weekly. If you have special requirements e.g. large wheelie bins or sharps bins these may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and lead times may be increased accordingly.

Can you dispose of clinical waste on my premises left here by the previous tenant?

We can dispose of any clinical waste left on site, firstly, we need to make efforts to identify any names on the bins and make contact with that company to remove their waste be it in sanitary bins, sharps bins or even hazardous clinical waste.

If the company cannot be identified and we have made every effort to find the company through waste transfer notes etc., we will remove the waste and charge a fee which is commensurate with the amount and type of waste involved.

Do you cover my area of the country?

The company is structured in a way in which we are able to cover the entire United Kingdom from our head office in Cambridge.

What is the minimum contract term?

There is no long contract tie in. You don’t have to sign up to our services for three or five years, you can retain Breakspear to dispose of your sanitary waste for a year.

What if I have a complaint?

Breakspear Limited aim to provide you with the highest standards of service.

However, if you wish to express your dissatisfaction about the standards of service, you can make a complaint by phone, by letter or by email. If feel that your complaint has been dealt with unsatisfactorily, you can take your complaint further through our customer complaints procedure.

Do you charge for the duty of care note.

No, all relevant waste notes are supplied free of charge.
